In case of discrepancies between the Dutch and English versions, the Dutch version shall prevail.

Availability

UwCopiloot aims for high availability of Workbench and supporting services.

Support

Standard support: response within 2 business days.

Priority: critical incidents as soon as possible.

Maintenance

Maintenance may temporarily limit availability.

Exclusions

No SLA for:

  • external APIs
  • AI platforms
  • internet connections
  • third-party software
