1. General

UwCopiloot provides AI-native consultancy, process improvement, automation, implementation and supporting software services.

2. Services

Services may include:

• intake sessions
• QuickScans
• business scans
• process analyses
• implementation roadmaps
• AI automation
• dashboarding
• workflow optimisation
• training
• Workbench access
• support
• subscriptions

3. Draft documents

1. Reports, roadmaps, proposals and AI output are delivered as drafts by default.
2. The client reviews documents before use or implementation.
3. Final acceptance takes place after client review.

4. Implementations

1. Implementations are delivered in phases.
2. Roadmaps and planning may change based on evolving insight, technical constraints, third-party dependencies or availability of information.
3. UwCopiloot may engage external specialists.

5. Workbench

1. Workbench is provided as a supportive platform.
2. UwCopiloot aims for availability but provides no uptime guarantee unless agreed in writing.
3. Features may change or be extended.

6. Not included

Unless expressly agreed, the following are not included:

• legal reviews
• tax reviews
• 24/7 support
• unlimited revision rounds
• management of external systems
• third-party licences

7. Subscriptions

1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
2. Notice period is one month unless otherwise agreed.
3. A fair-use policy may apply.
